What to Expect when you Call
When you call
and speak to one of our counselors we may ask you a few questions,
such as:
- What prompted your call today?
- Are you having any symptoms?
- Have you had a recent contact of concern?
We understand your privacy is very important and for some individuals, these topics are sensitive and can sometimes be embarrassing. If you prefer not to answer, we understand, but keep in mind, we are only asking these questions for your benefit. We are here to make sure you receive the right testing at the right time, which leads to accurate results.
If you decide to schedule testing, the only personal information we require is name and date of birth. We do not need your address, phone number or social security number and this will not appear on your medical record.
